Thanksgiving 2010

We went to Cedar City to stay with Tammi and Carter for Thanksgiving. What fun! We loooove staying with them in their awesome house. We took the kids sledding and they had a ton 'o fun. It was sooooo cold - 8 degrees??? - but, it helped to know we had a never-ending supply of Hot Cocoa waiting for us at home. Everyone but Chris and Nell stayed the night on Wednesday for a total of 18 people in the house. Luckily, Brad and I got the master bedroom with our own bathroom. The basement was kept at a "balmy" 22 degrees. The boys stayed down there (and by boys, I mean the men) and played video games whilst bundled up in blankets. The girls could not figure out why they had it so cold. I still don't know. Maybe so the women would stay upstairs? Anyway, we had a blast and are soooo grateful for such a fun family!

Emma's Baptism!

What an exciting day! Emma's baptism was so wonderful and sweet! Aunt Nells and Hannah both gave amazing talks and Brad was, of course, eloquent in his blessing. I can't believe our youngest is baptized now! It is crazy how fast they grow. She looked soooo sweet in a dress that we borrowed from the awesome Jorgensen family. After the baptism, we headed back to our house for lunch and Costco cake. Yummy!

40th Birthday Trip!!

Two of my besties and I went to Coronado to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We stayed at the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen - the Hotel Del and our room had a huge balcony that was right on the beach. We ate the best food, shopped a ton, pampered ourselves at the spa, layed on the beach and, of course, laughed hysterically the whole time!

St. George with Grammy January 2010

We went down to be with Grammy for a fun-filled weekend. On Saturday, we took the kids and dodger hiking on the red rocks. What a great weekend!
